139 packets of tobacco of Tulsi brand are said to have been recovered from the shop of the petitioner to which the informant claims that the seized tobacco are duplicate. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a poor retailer and, as a matter of fact, he had purchased the packets from wholesale. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in custody since 05.03.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid and submission of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two
