A show cause has been filed on behalf of O.P. No. 6. Following statements have been made in paragraph 4 of show cause:

Patna High Court MJC No.4959 of 2018(2) dt.17-04-2019 2/2 order contained in Memo No. 3081 dated 14.12.2018 whereby and whereunder the reliefs as claimed by the petitioner has been refused on account of the appointing authority is the Regional Deputy Director of Education as the father of the petitioner died in harness from the post of Clerk in Regional Office and as such the appointment of the petitioner as a Block Teacher should not have been done."
Considering the same, no further order is required to be passed.
The present application stands disposed of.
