In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Excise Case No. 121 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

About 9 liters of liquor has been recovered from the land situated behind the house of the petitioner. As the petitioner is an accused in five other criminal cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U T
