JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i)For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus direction to Respondents for quashing of order dated 22.11.2023 passed by Sub Divisional Officer, Forbesganj, District-Araria whereby the then Incharge Forbesganj and Circle Officer, Forbesganj were directed to oust the petitioner from the house where the petitioner has been living

Patna High Court CWJC No.1805 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 as tenant, which house belonged to Respondent No. 5 situated at Professor Colony, Ward No. 25, Forbesganj, Police StationForbesganj, District- Araria.

(ii) For direction to Respondents to not interfere with the petitioner in living in the house of Respondent No.

5 as tenant situated at Professor Colony, Ward No. 25, Forbesganj, Araria till decision of T.S. No. 12 of 2023 subjudice before Sub-Judge-1st, Forbesganj, Araria."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
