The instant application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24308 of 2021 wherein bail was granted to the petitioner in connection with Amour P.S. Case no. 149 of 2019 praying for two modifications/corrections, firstly in the name of the father of the petitioner and secondly in the name of the village of the petitioner as described on page 1 of the order. It is submitted by learned senior counsel that the application for bail of the petitioner was rejected on earlier

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5052 of 2022(2) dt.04-02-2022 2/2 occasion vide order dated 2.7.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9652 of 2020. However, as a result of the error, the name of the father of the petitioner in both the petitions was wrongly typed as Md. Quadir, resident of village Bhawanipur instead of the correct Md. Kalimuddin, resident of village Amour.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the order dated 21.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24308 of 2021 is modified to the extent that on top of page no. 1 of the said order, the description of the petitioner shall be read as son of Md. Kalimuddin, resident of village Amour.
