2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 574 of 2023, registered for offence punishable under Sections 420 & 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that from the bank account of informant, Rs. 42,600/- was illegally withdrawn during the period from 20.05.2023 to 02.06.2023 and it is further alleged that on 12.06.2023, from the account of informant's daughter, Rs. 25,000/- was illegally withdrawn. The alleged amount has been credited in the account of this petitioner.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
