The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Pali P.S. Case No.121 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Nitish Kumar. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on personal bond to the
