The petitioner is in jail custody since 18-10-2013 in a case registered under Section-364A of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the mobile set of the victim and one another set of mobile through which, demand of ransom was made, were recovered from possession of the petitioner and, thereafter, the petitioner confessed before the police that after the alleged occurrence, he found the mobile set of the victim near a bush and made a plan along with co-accused, to take ransom amount from father of the victim.
Except the above-said materials, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner and furthermore, petitioner has got
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27002 of 2014 (4) dt.15-01-2015 no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 299 of 2013 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 229 of 2014 to the satisfaction of 4th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari.
