JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S.Case No. 336 of 2017 registered under Sections 147,148,149,302,307,323,447,504 and 120B of the Indian penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner and other is of assaulting to the informant and petitioner is named in the FIR. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and in another statement given by the informant, name of the petitioner does not transpire.
Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant, they have opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Having heard both sides and in the facts and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4466 of 2019(4) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 336 of 2017; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
