2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 351(2), 308(3), 308(4), 119(2), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner and other co-accused persons had fraudulently created forged documents of the land of informant and subsequently, sold and purchased the said land from one another. It is further alleged that, thereafter, petitioner along with other accused persons having arms came at the land of informant with intention to grab the

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is only alleged to be the identifier of the sale deed and coaccused Kundan Kumar and Suresh Prasad who are the alleged buyer and seller of the land in question have already been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 24.12.2025 and 05.01.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 86173 of 2025 and Cr. Misc. No. 88269 of 2025 respectively.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Samastipur in connection with Muffasil P. S. Case No. 346 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under
