The petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2014 in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.524 of 2014 registered for the offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and there is no recovery from his possession, yet the petitioner is languishing in jail. Considering the nature of allegations and the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief
