JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners happen to be agnates of husband of the deceased and moreover, father-in-law and brother-inlaw of the deceased have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 205 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.
