It appears that except confessional statement of coaccused as well as criminal antecedent of petitioner, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, Neeraj Kumar Patel, in whose confessional statement the name of this petitioner surfaced, has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial
