In the present case, petitioner has raised a very limited grievance that earlier the power was given in the name of the petitioner, on account of arrear it was disconnected and now power has been given to the son of the tenant, Holding No.129, Ward No.38, Khata No.541, Khesra No.472, 476 within Jotwali police station, D.N. Singh Road, Bhagalpur

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach before the appropriate authority/forum for redressal of the grievance.
