2. Petitioner apprehends her arrest for an offence punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, it is a case of abduction of the minor daughter of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR and several other co-accused person have already been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Trial Court vide Annexure-P/2. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the petition.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the fact that one co-accused person has already been granted bail by the learned Trial Court and petitioner is not named in the FIR, so I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today before the Court below, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. Ist Class, Danapur/Concerned Court in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 377 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
