2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 398 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 96 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have enticed the minor daughter of the informant with an intention to marry her.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. From the statement of victim girl, it appears that she has eloped with the petitioner.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Edclusive Special Judge POCSO cum District and Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Bhagalpur/ concerned Court in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 398 of 2024.
