Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 393, 414, 420, 467, 468,120B of the Indian Penal Code as well as various sections of the Arms Act.

Four persons came on two different motorcycles to commit crime but the petitioner and two others were arrested on the spot and one dagger as well as mobile sets are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

No doubt, firearms were recovered from possession of other accused but petitioner is in jail custody since 6.3.2016 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
