2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 186 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 324, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the deceased with tangi.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is some discrepancy between the F.I.R. and the postmortem report and therefore, the petitioner deserves bail.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed saying that the petitioner is the sole assailant of the deceased.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the sole

7. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
