2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 13 of 2020 dated 15.01.2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 461, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, 65-70 mobile phones, cash about Rs. 20,000/- and repairing articles amounting to Rs. 15,000/- were stolen from the shop of the informant by unknown thieves.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is submitted that the F.I.R. has been lodged against unknown persons. The petitioner's name has come only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused,

It is submitted that nothing has been recovered either from conscious possession of the petitioner or from his house. Except the confessional statement of co-accused Prabhat Kumar, there is no material to connect the petitioner with the said crime. The petitioner is in custody since 25.10.2025, having no criminal antecedents and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

5. Learned A.P.P for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-III, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 13 of 2020.
