JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the informant and is languishing in jail custody since 04.04.2015 in a case registered under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Although, there is allegation of illegal demand as well as torture but the same is not specific against the petitioner. Accordingly, above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Vaishali in connection with Jandaha P.S.Case No.270 of 2014.
