2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 190 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 309(1) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita and Section 317(2) of the BNS was added vide order dated 02.09.2024.

3. As per allegation, the accused persons including the petitioner snatched the mobile set, cash of Rs. 15,500/- and the motorcycle bearing registration No. BR-06AF-7321 from the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4658 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 this case. The registration number of the motorcycle mentioned in the FIR does not tally with the recovered motorcycle from the petitioner's house. He has also submitted that the mobile set, recovered from possession of the petitioner, is not the stolen property. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 31.08.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-8th, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 190 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
