Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, some witnesses claimed that the miscreants were calling the names of petitioners in course of their conversations and it appears that except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioners.

Accordingly, the petitioners above named are

No.17950 of 2016 (2) dt.29-04-2016 2/2 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Pupari at Sitamarhi in connection with Sursand P.S.
