2. This writ application has been filed for setting aside order dated 24.05.2018 passed by learned Chairman, Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T. Case No. 289 of 2018.
3. However, after some argument, learned counsel for
Patna High Court CWJC No.6 of 2019(2) dt.09-10-2023 2/2 the petitioner requests for disposal of this writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to move before the competent authority, in the light of the direction issued by the appellate authority, vide order dated 12.06.2017 (Annexure - 2).
4. In view of aforesaid fact, the writ application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to move before the Circle Officer, Bhagalpur, as per direction of the appellant authority, vide order dated 12.06.2017.
5. With above direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
