Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 1017 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 376, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case in order to put pressure for solemnizing marriage. The present complaint case has been filed after three months of the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
