The petitioner, being the Bhaisur of the deceased lady, is in custody since 5.1.2015 in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No.219 of 2014 registered for the offences under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is living separately for more than 30-35 years from the family of his brother and has no connection whatsoever. Considering the aforementioned submissions and also that there is no specific role alleged in the F.I.R., let the above named petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12633 of 2015 (2) dt.27-05-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No.219 of 2014.
