The instant Letters Patent Appeal has been preferred against the Judgment dated 26.11.2018 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in CWJC No. 19404 of 2017, titled as Saroj Bala Singh Vs. the UCO Bank and Others, whereby the learned Single Judge allowed the writ petition setting aside the order dated 12.09.2017 passed in M.A. No. 75 of 2016 and restored M.A. No. 106 of 2015 to its original file to be heard on merits by the Debt Recovery Tribunal.
