Case No.352 of 2025, they have been heard together and are being disposed of by this common order. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.352 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 96, 137(2), 140(3) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner - Suman Kumar is said to have established sexual relationship with the minor girl. The petitioner - Nirmala Devi, who is said to be the mother of the victim girl, has made the victim girl to sleep and establish sexual relationship with petitioner- Suman Kumar. 5.
The petitioner-Suman Kumar is in custody since 20.07.2025 and is accused in two more criminal cases. The petitioner- Nirmala Devi is in custody since 21.07.2025. 6.
Considering the nature of allegation levelled against these petitioners, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, these bail applications are rejected. 7.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the observations made by this Court is only for the purpose of deciding this bail application.
