Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the petitioner has filed the present contempt application after delay of 7 years.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court has not been complied with. He submits that the petitioner has filed a detailed representation before the Principal Secretary Agriculture Department, Government of Bihar stating therein that similarly situated person has already been granted benefit but petitioner has not been granted benefit. He also enclosed the

Patna High Court MJC No.182 of 2019(3) dt.08-03-2022 2/2 litigation policy of the State Government (Annexure-5). Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the Principal Secretary Agriculture Department, Government of Bihar which shall be considered by the concerned authority within a period of 60 days from the date of filing of such representation.
