The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case they are granted liberty to file representation before the respondent no. 6 and the respondent no. 6 may be directed to dispose off the representation of the petitioners within a specified time frame. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioners shall file representation before the respondent no. 6 regarding their grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no. 6 is directed to dispose off the same within a period of 12 weeks thereafter, considering the judgments passed by this Court in CWJC No. 6139 of 2007, which is dated 31.03.2011 and the one dated 16.08.2017 passed

The writ petition is disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
