It is a third attempt making a prayer for enlargement of bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 570 of 2014. This Court has called for the report from the court below and on perusal of the same it appears that four witnesses have been examined and the court below has taken steps for procurement of the rest witnesses.

The court below is directed to take all steps to ensure the production of the rest witnesses.

This Court, for the present, is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. As has been informed by the counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17245 of 2016 (3) dt.22-06-2016 2/2 petitioner that there are eight charge sheet witnesses, out of which four witnesses have already been examined.

The court below is directed to ensure the completion of the trial within a period of eight months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
