Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 175 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery of any articles from his possession. The name of petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Raj Kumar @ Golu. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that co-accused Prashant Kumar has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 4.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 56472 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2018 having clean antecedent.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P.S.
