The petitioner is said to have made attempt to commit rape on the informant's daughter but the statement of the victim has not been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner remained in jail custody for near about one year and moreover, the present case has been brought by the informant on account of previous enmity and dispute.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, Loha Singh @ Sukath Prasad, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17574 of 2016 (4) dt.03-08-2016 the like amount each in connection with Siwan Mahila P.S.Case No. 148 of 2015, to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Siwan.
