2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with NDPS Case No. 30 of 2024(S), arising out of Ratanpura P.S. Case No. 27 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 8/20(b)(ii) (c)/29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 21 kg of Ganja from three unknown persons and the petitioner is one of them.

4. The name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused and the petitioner is in jail

5. Considering the fact that the recovery is from other persons and not from the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS Act, Supaul/concerned Court below in connection with NDPS Case No. 30 of 2024(S), arising out of Ratanpura P.S. Case No. 27 of 2024.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Ratanpura Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.

9. At the time of furnishing the bail bonds, the petitioner is directed to file an affidavit that he will not involve himself anymore in a case of similar nature. If the petitioner is found to be involved in a case of similar nature, his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the Court below forthwith. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
