JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 24.11.2014 in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 185 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the I.P.C.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
It is alleged that all the accused persons assaulted the informant with small gun. Thereafter he was admitted to hospital and after gaining consciousness, he has submitted the written report.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2014 and the charge sheet has

It is submitted that as per the prosecution case, it is alleged that the petitioner had fired causing no injury. The petitioner is the nephew of the informant. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Gopalganj, in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 185/2014(G.R. No. 3207/2014).
