NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 07-02-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the L.N.Mithila University, Darbhanga (hereinafter referred to as 'the University').

Petitioner is the wife erstwhile employee of late Rajeshwar Mishra who retired from the post of Principal in Chandra-dhari Mithila Law College, Darbhanga. Considering the nature of claim and the prayer as made by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.2, the Registrar, L.N.Mithila University, Darbhanga which will be disposed of within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation.
