Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, stolen motorcycle has been recovered from house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is neither driver nor owner of the vehicle.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4888 of 2023(2) dt.07-04-2023 2/2 bail and submits that since stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the house of the petitioner as such, he cannot escape liability for the same.

Considering the aforesaid facts, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
