2. The learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents have no objection to such prayer.

3. However, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the SBI points out that an interim order has been operating in the matters and prays for vacation of the same.

4. Since the petitioners want to withdraw their respective petitions, any interim order would merge with the final order.
