Petitioners seek bail in connection with Aurangabad Mufassil P.S. Case No.290/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a), 30(b), 30(c) and 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and they were arrested on the basis of suspicion. Nothing was recovered from their conscious possession. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Petitioners are in custody since 20.12.2019.
