2. The present application has been filed:

to issuance writ of mandamus commanding the respondents and directing them pay full compensation with 10% interest for petitioner' acquired land which has been acquired by the Respondents for construction of protecting line for Gupta Lakhminia Dam in light of land acquisition case no. 2 of 1991-92 for flood control Development.

Nothing amount of compensation has been paid to the petitioner till date.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8808 of 2017(2) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 grievance that the petitioner has raised, the same should have been put forward before the respondent no. 3, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Begusarai instead of approaching the Court.

4. There is force in the submission of learned State Counsel. However, since there is no appearance, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
