Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner, rather the specific allegation is against co-accused Baijnath Mandal. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
