JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2015 Petitioners are languishing in custody since 06.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 341 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioners and others assaulted the informant's side with spear, sword, lathi causing injuries to Pramod Rai, Ashok Rai, Vijay Rai, Raju Rai, Priyanka Kumari, Tarkeshwar Rai and Arjun Kumar Rai. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that except few injuries for which opinion has been reserved, all the injuries have been found to be simple. There is counter version of the occurrence also.

Moreover the investigation has already concluded.

Considering the above facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25729 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2015.
