JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 256 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation as per F.I.R. is of recovery of country made pistol and cartridges from the possession of the petitioner and he was arrested along with other accused persons on the information of police that they were assembled for doing dacoity.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 18.09.2019. There is recovery of pistol from the other accused person who has already been granted bail by the lower court itself.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.
