Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 30 of 2022 dated 20.04.2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 147, 149, 353 and 427 of the IPC, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Begusarai.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail,
