JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 26-06-2019 It is submitted by petitioner's Counsel that having participated in the same appointment process the petitioners of CWJC No. 1017 of 2019 approached this Court for the same relief for which the instant petitioner has filed the writ petition. The claim for confirmation of service and promotion to the reserch cadre and benefit under MACP were allowed to be raised by petitioners therein before concerned respondents. It is submitted by petitioner's Counsel that if petitioner is granted liberty to approach respondent No. 2 then he will raise his claim before respondent no. 2 within a period of four weeks from today.

The same is disposed with a direction to respondent no. 2 that if such a representation is filed within four weeks from today the same should be disposed by a reasoned and speaking order and dues if found admissible to the petitioner be paid to him within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
