2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 17.02.2017 passed in B.P. No. 276 of 2017, arising out of Narari Kala Khurd P.S. Case No. 17 of 2016 by the learned Sessions Judge, Aurangabad.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
