Except confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner and so far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, he has already been acquitted in Barbigha P.S. Case No. 145 of 2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Asthawan P.S.
