2. The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought inter alia following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:

"a. For issuance of appropriate writ/s, order/s, direction/s to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner and make payment of admitted dues of salary etc. from 09.02.2012 till his date of reitrement from the post of Assistant Teacher in Primary Teacher School pursuant to the advertisement No. 210/2010 issued by Bihar Staff Selection Commission against remaining post of Urdu Teacher.

b. To grant any other relief to which the petitioner may be found entitled to the facts and circumstances of this case."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed a detailed representation before the District Education Officer, Gaya on 22.07.2024, but no action has been taken till date. Learned counsel seeks to file representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gaya, for the redressal of his grievance as prayed for in the present writ petition.

4. Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the District Programme Officer (Establishment) Gaya is directed to call for the service particulars and the required documents relating to the petitioner, who had already filed his representation before the District Education Officer, Gaya and dispose of the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner expeditiously, in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
