The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 317 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 34021 of 2019 and the case of this petitioner stands on similar

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4255 of 2020(2) dt.29-06-2020 2/2 footing. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 317 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C and further conditions is that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and further condition is that petitioner will not prevent the opposite party No. 2 from withdrawing the amount from his account.
