There are two versions in respect of killing of Babulal Sahni.

According to present case, he was killed by coaccused; Vijay Sahani whereas; counter version is that aforesaid Babulal Sahani was killed by husband of the informant of the present case. Moreover, there is no specific overt act against the petitioner who does not have any criminal antecedent.
