JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2020 The present petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to investigate the case arising out of Karja P.S. Case No. 32 of 2017 under Section 302/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code in a proper manner and arrest the accused persons.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents State submits that he has been informed by the Investigating Officer of the aforesaid Karja P.S. Case No. 32 of 2017 that proper investigation has already been held and charge sheet

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.945 of 2017(2) dt.09-01-2020 2/2 dated 31.3.2017 bearing Charge Sheet No. 50 of 2017 has already been submitted against the accused persons. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents State, nothing survives in the present petition, hence the present petition stands disposed of.
